Lasagna Rolls

I made Giada's Lasagna Rolls two months ago, but I'm finally getting around to blogging about them today. I followed the recipe almost exactly, except I doubled the bechamel sauce, and I think that it was a good choice to do that. I also used store bought marinara sauce; I can't remember which brand I used, though. This was a great recipe, and it was fun to make the lasagna rolls. We ended up with quite a few leftovers, but there were no complaints about that :)
